Last year, I had shared a blog post covering my picks for – Dining in December, which had mainly bars and restaurants for full fledged festive meals. This post is dedicated to Cafes - Desserts, Coffee and some good finger food that might just suit right for festive cravings. If you have been to these places, do share your thoughts.

Aromas is not a new name when it comes to coffee. We have been visiting Aromas #Powai for over a decade and a half now and the coffee never fails us.
Located at Hiranandani Gardens, Aromas Café has beautiful Indoor and outdoor space.
Their other outlets include - Bandra, Juhu, Worli, Kandivali, Oshiwara and Thane.

P.S. During one of our recent visits the Aromas delight pizza was strictly average though.

Cuisine – Bakery, Desserts
The New York fame Bakery when came to India, there that was all the talk of the town. And surprisingly it did not open in Mumbai first. After #Bangalore, Bandra was the second outlet in India.
Nestled in Pali Hill, this charming café boasts a spacious interior with seating on both the ground and first floors. The pastel green walls paired with crisp white accents create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The mural adorning the wall is a captivating centerpiece.
Its slightly overpriced but I think for the quality of food, its worth it. Our go-to options here are

The Nutcracker has been known for its #breakfast since its first-ever outlet opened in South Bombay. All their locations have one thing in common – a cozy ambiance, comfy seating that would make you feel like grabbing a book and sitting curled up on the couch, and delicious food. I highly recommend going here around #Christmas time. It is pet-friendly and has outdoor seating too.
Recommended Drinks – Iced Mandarin Jasmine Green tea, Salted Caramel Banana Smoothie, Pecan Pie with ice cream, Any Pancakes and Waffles.

Cuisine: Spanish, Indian – Café Cuisine
Started by inspirational human – Amin Sheikh, who lived a life of an underprivileged kid, worked odd jobs and later stood on his own feet with a respectable job, travelled to Spain many years ago and that trip changed his life. He wanted to do something for the underprivileged kids here in Mumbai. Hence he opened this café with a noble cause and a unique name.
This library café not only encourages underprivileged kids for their education with a library for the poor, but also employs those who grew up on the streets.
When you visit this café, make sure you look around, observe how beautifully and with love this place is created.

A #celeb hot spot, known for its fabulous coffee, #Bokka was in the list since its opening. It’s a small yet a charming café. It’s the perfect place to catch up with your friends or even for a nice coffee date.

Well don’t just go by its name. Although they make excellent cocktails. They are equally good when it comes to their breakfast food. Slightly on a higher side when it comes to their pricing, they not compromise on the quality of food. It’s a co-working/ community space, so you will see many early risers grabbing a cup of coffee along with breakfast.
