You are going to love this recipe. Its easy, it tastes good. Its that simple.
I had some leftover rice flour from the bhakris i had made the previous night and I didn't want to make rice bhakris again the next day. So I made this inspired by Madhuras Recipe.
You will need below veggies -
One grated carrot
1 onion finely chopped
French beans finely chopped -about half cup
handful of coriander roughly chopped
a few pudina (Mint) leaves roughly chopped or spinach whatever you find in your kitchen.
2 green chilies finely chopped

1.In the kneaded rice dough, add above veggies and salt as per your taste.

2. Make lemon sized balls.

3. In a pan heat about 3 tbs oil
4. When the oil heats up, place the dough-balls in the pan. Shallow fry properly on each side till they become golden brown.
5.When its about done, in one side of the pan, make tadka ( tempering) for dough balls.
In the existing oil, add 1 tsp jeera, 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 5-6 curry leaves, 2 red chilies and half tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder ( this is optional)

6.Once it splutters, mix it with the dough balls so that they are coated with the tempering nicely.

7. Take this off the flame and serve it with chutneys of your choice.
